She serves as a Consultant in Cultural Transformation, a Leadership and Executive Mentor, and a Consultant in Talent Retention and Engagement Strategies. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from PUCRS, a Postgraduate degree in Business and People Leadership from ESPM, is an Internationally Certified Coach by ICI, and has Executive Leadership training at Kellogg University.
Flávia Tramonte has 20 years of experience as an M&A lawyer in renowned law firms and companies, including Votorantim and Solví. She was a legal manager and, after the cultural integration of M&A processes, she became a certified coach in 2010, focusing on people development. As a co-founder of Allinha, she provides consultancy to companies of various sizes. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Postgraduate degree in the Advanced M&A Program from CEU Law School, with immersion at Vanderbilt University. She is an Internationally Certified Coach by ICI and trained as a Strategic Advisor in the Board Program at Startse University.
